New UN personal envoy for Sudan

United Nations Secretary-General Anthony Guterres announced (Friday) the appointment of Algerian Ramtane Lamamra as his personal envoy for Sudan.
It is noteworthy that Ramtane Lamamra served as the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Algeria.
