Türkiye to Work for Global Peace

Türkiye “will continue to work for global peace,” Communications Director Fahrettin Altun said Saturday, referring to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s comments concerning Israel and Gaza.
Erdogan has commented on Israel’s bombardment and lack of reaction from Western countries.
“Türkiye’s full support for the just Palestinian cause ensures the voice of our brothers and sisters in Gaza is heard. We are aware of our historical responsibility and act accordingly,” he said.
Altun wrote on X: “Not only for Gaza and Palestine but against injustices and oppressions occurring anywhere in the world, we will continue to work for global peace following the path drawn and led by our President, who raises his voice sincerely and strives without any calculations.”
