UNHCR relieves staff as of January

The United Nations Higher Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) has terminated the contracts of all its employees as of the first of coming January, citing as justification the current complex security situation the Sudan is witnessing beside the weak donors’ contributions. It is to be noted that Sudan is currently hosing some two million refugees inside its soil.
