Sudanese march carrying three demands against the Emirates

Sudan Events – Follow-ups

After Friday prayers, thunderous Sudanese marches were launched in the city of Port Sudan, eastern Sudan, and were able to reach the residence of the Emirati ambassador in the Red Sea State, chanting against him and demanding that the authorities expedite his departure from the country.

The marches headed towards the military region command, where they were addressed by the Commander of the Red Sea Military Region, Major General Mohamed Othman Mohamed Hamad, who confirmed that the armed forces will be on the lookout for mercenaries, traitors, and those who follow them, and they are the country’s safety valve and will continue to defend the homeland until the last soldier, pledging that victory will be near, God willing.

The march called for three basic demands, including filing a complaint against the UAE in the UN Security Council, withdrawing the Sudanese ambassador from the UAE, and expelling the Emirati ambassador from Sudan.
