The Third Session of the Red Sea Film Festival Announces Its Surprises

At the third session of the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, special and extraordinary surprises await everyone in terms of the participating films and special guests of international stars and honored stars. The Festival takes place from 30 November – 9 December 2023.

Hours before the start of the new session activities, international star Will Smith arrived in Jeddah for the first time to be one of the festival’s most prominent participants. The presence of Indian star Ranveer Singh, famous German Diane Kruger and Turkish star Burke Ozcivit was also announced.
Regarding the Red Sea Honor Award, Red Sea Film Foundation CEO Mohamed Al Turki said in his statements that there will be an international audience active at the festival this year. He added: “At the honors level, we wanted to make the list very special. Therefore, we will honor an icon of Indian cinema, actor Ranveer Singh and famous international actress Diane Kruger”, who introduced a number of prominent characters such as the character “Helen” in the film “Troy” and “Bridget Vaughn”, “Hammer smack “, which she played in the film “anonymous Bastards” by the famous director Tarantino, as well as the character (Angel Katya) in the film “In the Vanishing” by director Fatih Akin alongside the great Saudi artist Abdullah Al-Sadhan, who is a pillar of art in the kingdom and performed all year round.
Two decades later, the series “Tash Ma Tash” returns in its new form. First appearance in cinemas with the film “Noura”, one of the films taking part in the Red Sea Competition this year.
