Tottenham Coach Attacks FIFA
Agencies – Sudan Events
Tottenham coach Ange Postecoglou attacked the International Football Association Board (IFAB), that decides the rules of football, and asked it not to interfere in the game.
This was the coach’ reply to the IFAB announcement, during which he said that a temporary expulsion would be tried, among other new rules, including the possibility of the VAR technology to review fouls, yellow cards, and corners, and that only the team captain has the right to speak to the match referee.
“This whole idea should be thrown in the garbage. They should forget about this matter. I don’t know why IFAB keeps interfering in the game. There are not many bad things in football at the moment.” Said Postecoglou.
