CAS Omposes A fine on Star of Al Sahel

Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) issued today Monday a decision according to which the Tunisian club, star of Al Sahel, will pay $260,000 to its former player, Souleymane Coulibaly who is currently defending the shirt and logo of Algeria’s ES Setif.
Ivory Coast player Koulibaly terminated his contract with the Tunisian star due to salary delays, before moving to the Algerian club and filing a lawsuit with CAS demanding the arrears.
Star of Al Sahel ,which is facing severe financial problems, is expected to host Al Hilal- Sudan next Friday at Rades Stadium in the third round of Group C of the African Champions League.
