Within the framework of joint cooperation between Sudan and the State of Qatar, Ms. Buthaina Bint Ali Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar, met today, Friday, with Mahmoud Sir Al-Khatem Al-Houri, Sudan Minister of Education.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation relations between the Qatari and Sudanese sides in the educational fields and ways to enhance and develop them.
The Sudanese School for Boys and Girls in Doha witnessed the visit of the Minister of Education, Mr. Mahmoud Sir Al-Khatem Al-Houri, Ambassador Ahmed Abdul Rahman Siwar Al-Dahab, and the Deputy Head of the Mission, Minister In-charge Al-Walid Osman, the day before yesterday, where the Minister inaugurated the start of the kindergarten stage and reviewed the school’s facilities and the progress of the first-term exams and projects led by the Board of Trustees and school administration.
On the sidelines of the visit, he held a meeting that included the minister, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan, the school board and administration, and representatives of the Sudanese community, where the Minister reassured the audience about the Sudanese certificate exam and the primary and intermediate school exams, which students are expected to sit for among the students of the River Nile State, and confirmed the progress of work for holding the secondary certificate exams as well as confirming issuance of the third year Intermediate school curriculum.
