FIFA: Referees to Wear International Emblem Locally

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has published a circular for national federations regarding referee teams at all levels, including local ones.

In its circular, FIFA called on the national federation to oblige referees to wear international badges in local and international matches, out of respect for the FIFA Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct.
