The Madani Emergency Room warned against a humanitarian catastrophe in Madani due to electricity and water outages, a shortage of food and medical supplies, and the cessation of bakeries and health centers from working.
The Chamber feared the looming famine in the city and called for urgent humanitarian intervention to save the stranded residents.
