Sudanese Al Hilal Apologizes to Take Part in Dubai Tournament

The Sudanese Al Hilal has apologized to take part in a tournament whose activities are supposed to be hosted by the United Arab Emirates.
Al Hilal Omdurman, which is active in the current version of the African Champions League, officially apologized to take part in the tournament, the date and number of clubs of which were not specified.
