Businessmen: SDG60 million Support for Army

Finance and businessmen in Kasala State announced a donation of (60) million pounds in support of the armed forces effort top repulse the rebellion

The acting governor of Kasala, Muhammad Musa Abdel Rahman, appreciated the efforts of the capitalists in Kasala to respond and provide their financial support to support the efforts of the armed forces in the Battle of Karama.

He reviewed the arrangements made by the state with regard to protecting the state, preserving its security, and confronting any aggressor, as well as sensitizing citizens and raising patriotic feelings in protecting the country’s gains.

The governor reassured the citizens in his state that the armed forces and other security services are fully prepared and ready to face for any aggression, calling on citizens to be on the lookout for any violations or phenomena that would affect the security situation, calling on the state community to contribute more towards expatriate families.

For their part, businessmen and financiers affirmed their continued support for the armed forces and the collection of donations to include all employers, industry and trade in Kasala, noting at the same time that the support announced during the meeting, which amounted to (60) million pounds, is considered the beginning of the support.
