White Nile: Abundant Commodities in Markets

The Higher Committee for the Provision of Strategic Commodities in White Nile State has confirmed abundance of basic commodities, including flour, sugar and oil, in the state’s markets.

Minister of Finance, Economy and Manpower, Fatima Hajj Al-Tayeb, revealed the efforts made by the committee in coordination with the center to provide fuel, particularly gasoline, for health emergencies and agriculture.

He underlined his government interest in achieving abundance in goods and commodities and meeting the requirements of the health sector, particularly the dialysis centers in the state, which receive large numbers of patients from other states that were impacted by the war.
