The leaders and activities of farmers, merchants, shepherds, the native administration, and representatives of institutions, banks, and exporters renewed their support to the armed forces with men, money, and equipment until victory is achieved over the Rapid Support militias (RSF) and those who support them.
the representatives of those groups have stressed in a meeting with the governor on Friday their full support for the decisions of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces regarding negotiations with the rebels only after they evict from the homes of citizens, the capital and vital facilities.
The Acting Governor of Gadarif, Mohamed Abdul-Rahman Mahjoub, commended the stands of the masses, leaders and various activities of the state and their solid support and backing for the army in the battle of dignity through popular resistance.
He pointed out to the great initiatives undertaken by the people of the state to support the armed forces and other relevant programs, stressing that the state, with its people and its popular resistance, is ready to deter any aggressor.
