Al Hilal Opens to Contact with the Liverpool Star

Press reports revealed that Saudi Al Hilal officials have communicated with Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool star, in preparation for including him during the coming period.

Salah’s name was linked to a move to the Saudi Professional League through the Jeddah Union portal last summer, but the deal was not completed, as Liverpool stuck to the services of the Egyptian star.

The French website Le Sport 10, which is interested in Mercato news, reported today, Sunday, that Al Hilal, the leader of the Saudi Professional League, has begun negotiations with Salah, while Al-Ittihad is planning a new attempt with the player in the coming weeks.

Salah is attending the Egyptian national team’s camp in Cairo, in preparation for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire, where the player is seeking to win his first international title.

Salah is linked to Liverpool with a contract extending until June 2025.
