The Red Sea Chamber of Commerce is organizing a consultative meeting on Wednesday at the Chamber of Commerce premises to discuss procedures for renewing the register of exporters and importers, obstacles to exports, and a number of pressing issues.
The Minister of Trade and Supply, Al-Fatih Abdullah Yousif, had issued a decision specifying the controls for extracting the register of exporters and importers.
The controls for extracting the register of exporters and importers of companies required a statement from the Trade and Supply Investigation Department, a certificate from the Commercial Registrar in addition to the Memorandum of Association explaining and specifying the purposes according to the capital, along with an official extract from the Commercial Registrar, as well as a certificate of National numbers for all shareholders, clearance Certificate from the Taxation Chamber, a discharge certificate from the Zakat Chamber, in addition to a statement of account from the bank in the name of the company, provided that the amount is consistent with the capital specified in the Memorandum of Association.
