Army Warns Against Approaching Specific Areas

The Command of the 19th Infantry Division – Merowe, North Sudan, alerted citizens in Merowe locality not to approach the areas surrounding the airport, around the Merowe Air Base, the division command, and the dam area.

The 19th Division’s media said that these areas contain active minefields. “We ask that citizens stay away from these areas in order to preserve their lives and property.”
