UKMTO: Two Crafts Reported at Mokha

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) received a report on Monday of two small craft approaching a merchant vessel approximately 50 nautical miles southeast of the Yemeni port of Mokha.

UKMTO added that no weapons were sighted, the vessel and its crew were reported to be safe.

Noting that Houthi attacks have led to several shipping and cargo companies worldwide suspending their operations through this vital trade route and seek alternative costlier options.
