RSF Militia Attacks, Desecrates Evangelical Church

The official spokesperson of the Sudanese Armed Forces on Sunday said the paramilitary militia, the Rapid Support Forces, at war with the Armed Forces Since April last year, has attacked and desecrated a central Sudan church and destroyed historic and religious documents within the church.
“Continuing in its criminal acts, the terrorist Daglo militia burned the main headquarters of the Evangelical Church in Wad Madani, the capital of Al Gezira State.” A statement by trhe Armed Forces spokesperson said on Sunday.
The statement explained that this caused “extensive damage, affecting the main library which contains rare historical documents.”
Additionally, the statement said, the incident resulted in the destruction of the main hall and “over a century of the church’s history.”

“This criminal act caused serious damage, the terrorist Daglo militia bears moral and legal responsibility for the incident, which will not go unpunished”, Office of the spokesperson of the Armed Forces, underlined.
