Agriculture Minister Promises to address Rahad Water Problem

The Acting Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abu Bakr Omer Al-Bushra, has reassured the farmers of Al-Rahad Agricultural Project that the Mina Well will be operational, after the citizens of Al-Rahad and the farmers of the Al-Rahad Agricultural Authority complained of a lack of water in the main canal, due to the weak electrical current in the Mina Well and due to the failure of the pumps.

Al-Bushra promised in a press statement (Sunday) to solve this problem during the current week in coordination with the Ministry of Irrigation.
