Burhan invited to visit Angola

The President of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, on Monday, received a written message from Angolan President João Lourenço, delivered by Tito Antonio, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the presidential envoy of the Angolan president.
The Sovereign Council media said that the message dealt with ways to develop and promote relations between the two countries. The envoy presented an invitation from President João Lourenço to the President of the Sovereign Council to visit Angola.
The President of the Sovereign Council affirmed Sudan’s keenness to consolidate and strengthen relations between the two countries in various fields, and expressed his appreciation for the invitation to visit Angola
The envoy of the Angolan president affirmed his country’s support and standing with Sudan in all domains. He underlined Sudan’s position on the African continent, and noted his country’s keenness to advance and develop relations with Sudan in all fields.
