Final Cassification of the RSF Militia as a terrorist Organisation

The Sudanese Technical Committee for Implementing Security Council Resolutions announced that it has begun implementing Resolutions No. 1267 and 1373 issued by the UN Security Council.
Other decisions require the seizure of assets, a travel ban for those proven to be involved as terrorists and collaborators with the Rapid Support Forces, RSF numbering 199 people, and the seizure of the property and assets of 37 companies.
The first announced decision designated the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) a terrorist organization in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 359 of 2014 regarding the implementation of Sudan’s obligations to UN Security Council Resolution 1373.
Second: Designating the people in the list of people below (published by ( Sudan Events) as terrorists in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 359 of 2014 regarding the implementation of Sudan’s obligations to UN Security Council Resolution 1373.
Third: Designating the entities in the list of entities below as terrorist entities in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 359 of 2014 regarding the implementation of Sudan’s obligations to UN Security Council Resolution 1373.
The head of the technical committee, Maj.Gen.Rtd . Essam Majzoub, said during a press conference held yesterday, Thursday, in the city of Port Sudan, that the Rapid Support RSF was classified as a terrorist by all countries of the world, in the context of what the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Khaled Al-Sheikh, said that the Rapid Support RSF committed crimes that conflict with international laws, such as murder, rape, killing diplomats, and assaulting people. Their headquarters, and the destruction of infrastructure.
