Hazard: I am Better than Ronaldo

Eden Hazard, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid star, believes that he is better than the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the Saudi Al-Nasr player.
Hazard announced his retirement from football at the beginning of this season at the age of 33, while Cristiano Ronaldo is still playing and shining with Al-Nasr despite reaching the age of 39.
“Lionel Messi is perhaps the only player better than me. I loved watching him when he was in Barcelona. I did not like watching him much after that, but he is the best in history.” Hazard said, in an interview with the French newspaper “L’Equipe”.
“Cristiano Ronaldo (as a player) is older than me, but in terms of instinctive football (which relies on talent), I do not think he is better than me. Maybe Neymar is better.” He added.
“I wasn’t watching what I ate, but I didn’t eat a burger every day either, as was rumored about me.” He continued.
“You can’t do that for 16 years I didn’t think it was important. I’m a hedonist, and I love doing it. I eat and drink with my friends. Dieting is bullshit and doesn’t work.” He continued.
“If you want to play until you’re forty, that’s okay, but I knew I wouldn’t be like that, so I always have some wine in my fridge.” He continued.
“Do you wish to have Cristiano’s mentality?” Hazard was asked. “No, in this case, it will not be me.”He replied.
He continued, “Do you want me to stay after training in the cold shower for an hour!! No. Leave me alone, with my friends. I will come home and we will play cards and drink beer. I will play for two hours with my friends and with the kids in the park. This was recovery for me. If I were Like Cristiano, I would have been burned.
