Company managers revealed that they incurred huge losses as a result of the interruption of communications services, while a company manager confirmed in her interview with (Sudan Events) inability to communicate with her company’s branches in the various states of Sudan, which led to a complete cessation of work, she stressed the necessity of restoring all networks (Sudani, MTN, noted that the return of the Zain network did not enable them to open the servers.
At a time when all the banks in Shendi locality, River Nile State, stopped and closed their doors, due to the interruption of communications service, (Sudan Events) revealed verbal altercations between customers and bank workers after they failed to conduct bank transactions, most of which were withdrawing balances.
