Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Mohamed Salah, the Reds star, is ready to participate in the next match against Brentford in the English Premier League, after fully recovering from the injury he suffered while participating with the Egyptian national team in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Liverpool will be a guest at Brentford, on Saturday, in the opening of the 25th round of the English Premier League. “Mohamed Salah participated in the training fully, this makes him automatically ready to participate.” Klopp said in the press conference before the match.

“Ibrahima Konate is no longer suspended. Joe Gomez is ready, as is Conner Bradley and Alisson, while Trent Alexander-Arnold and Thiago Alcantara continue to be absent.” He explained.

“In the media there was discussion about forcing Trent to play. As long as I am here, we will never force anyone to play. At the same time, we are working to rely on him once he fully recovers.” He added.

“People talk about absences in the League Cup final, but I do not do that even for a second. Before that, we have a confrontation against Brentford and then Luton Town.” He continued.

“Dominic Soboslai may participate in the final, but Arnold will return after a week or two.” He concluded.
