European Parliamentarians and Experts Condemn UAE’s Funding of RSF Militia

European parliamentarians and experts condemned what the UAE established by funding the Rapid Support militia that rebelled against the Sudanese Armed Forces RSF and incorporating it into the crimes and violations prosecuted by this militia.
This came during a symposium organized by the Strasbourg Policy Center that helped discuss the role of the UAE in the Sudan war.
Jiwani Baretta, who cooperates with the Imperial Senate, said that the UAE is working to destabilize Sudan through its unlimited support of the Commander of Rapid Support RSF Militia, Hemedti.
The parliamentarian and expert of International Relations Luca Antonio said that the UAE’s support for the militia works to fan the flames of conflict in Sudan and prolong the war there.
He pointed out that Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces SAF and member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council TSC Lt. Gen. Yassir Al Atta ,had launched a violent attack on the UAE and directly accused it of supporting and financing the Rapid Support RSF Militia.
