A Financing Portfolio to Support Vocational Training Graduates projects

The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Vocational Training and Apprenticeship, Mujahid Mustafa Makki, has held a joint brainstorming and coordination meeting with the management of the Industrial Development Bank, the states branch, at its headquarters in Atbara, today (Tuesday), chaired by the banker Tariq Abdul Rahman Ali, Director of the River Nile Branch, during which he discussed joint programs and projects between the Supreme Council for Vocational Training and the banking system within the framework of strategic plans aimed at financing vocational training and rehabilitation projects and programs as well as establishing infrastructure to accommodate cadres and training needs under the umbrella of the leading bank for industrial development.

Mujahid stressed that the joint meetings with the Industrial Development Bank come within the framework of qualitative partnership programs with Arab and Gulf organizations and openness to financing institutions and donors to rehabilitate and construct new edifices for vocational training, qualification and training programs and raising capacities, stressing that survey studies and identifying training needs and priorities require the establishment of a financing portfolio for training graduates of vocational training and supporting graduates’ projects through banks’ social responsibility programs. Makki praised the experiences and plans of the Industrial Development Bank in supporting vocational training programs.
