As War Passes the 10th Month, the Pound Continues to Deteriorate

The Sudanese pound has continued to deteriorate against foreign currencies as the war exceeded the tenth month, amid an increase in the import bill and a decline in export revenues, which suffer from problems and complications. The price of the dollar recorded a new rise at the beginning of Thursday’s trading with black market traders and local banks.
The exchange rate of the dollar against the Sudanese pound in the Bank of Khartoum was recorded at the level of 1050.0 pounds, and it came at a price of 1075 pounds in the Bank of Omdurman.
In the parallel market, the price of the dollar today in Sudan for purchase was 1,250 pounds, and its selling price reached 1,270 pounds.
While the price of the euro reached 1,300 pounds
The price of the Saudi riyal reached 330 pounds.
While the price of the Emirati dirham came at 338 pounds.
The price of the Sudanese pound against the Egyptian pound was 25 pounds.
