The Sudanese Standards and Metrology Authority called on all companies, institutions and owners of goldsmiths’ shops to visit the offices and branches of the authority in the states to conduct inspections and stamping of gold and silver jewellery.

The authority confirmed the continuation of her duties in conducting examinations on gold and precious metals, calibrating them, and hallmarking them in order to preserve the rights of people and the state from fraud, fraud, and forgery.

Meanwhile, inspection and stamping operations for exports of gold and precious metals continue, emphasizing the continuation of oversight and the promotion of national production.
