President of the Sovereignty Council TSC ,Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, is expected to visit the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on Thursday, and is scheduled to be received by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic.
Al-Sudani newspaper explained that Al-Burhan will inform President Sisi of the latest developments in the situation in the Sudanese arena at the field and humanitarian levels, noting that the crisis of Sudanese refugees and IDPs in Egypt will be at the top of the agenda of the meeting between the two presidents.
The meeting will also discuss, according to the newspaper, efforts aimed at a ceasefire and a truce between the two sides of the conflict, allowing the implementation of humanitarian relief operations, and addressing Cairo’s efforts regionally and internationally, especially with the mechanism of Sudan’s neighboring countries.

Al-Burhan visited Egypt last August, in his first foreign visit since the outbreak of war in his country.
Al-Burhan returned from a visit to Tripoli, Libya, the day before yesterday, where he conducted an official visit that lasted one day.
