Manchester United begins exploring a replacement for Ten Hag

Manchester United club management has begun searching for a new technical director to sign a contract with during the coming period, in anticipation of the departure of Dutchman Eric Ten Hag.
Ten Hag is currently under pressure with United, after a series of negative results in the various competitions he participates in, in addition to a humiliating exit from the Champions League group stage.
According to the Football Italia website, Sir James Ratcliffe has begun the stage of exploring the idea of choosing Thiago Motta, the current coach of Bologna, to take over the technical task of the Red Devils before the start of next season.
The website added that Ratcliffe, the representative of Manchester United’s management, is very impressed with the Italian coach’s work with Bologna this season.
Motta is performing excellently with Bologna this season, as the Rossoblu occupies fourth place (qualifying for the Champions League) in the Italian League table with 51 points, 4 points behind its rival Roma in fifth place.
