Warning of the need for the state to pay attention to having a good electronic system by strengthening networks and arranging. He ordered the communications networks to avoid what happened during the war, when the networks was disruptex, and that there should be a careful review and inventory of the companies, and that any violating company should not be allowed to operate. He pointed out that one of Sudan’s problems lies in the fact that it is easy for anyone to register a company and register importers and exporters at the same time, which should not be allowed to register these companies and grant the register of exporters and importers except to a company that has the experience and capabilities to do this. Therefore, the course must be corrected in the next stage so that the state has decisive decisions not to tolerate those who deceive the state and work to sabotage the Sudanese economy.
