Mahjoub Mohamed Saleh’s Comomorate next May

National Committee to Commemorate the Dean of Sudanese Journalists, Mahjoub Mohamed Salih, announced the postponement of the memorial activities that will be organised in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, from April 12 to May 6.
The committee had previously approved April 12, that coincides with the anniversary of Mahjoub’s birth, as the date for the comorate.
However, it expressed its regret for the postponement due to the announced date coinciding with Eid al-Fitr holiday, which will prevent many invited figures and entities from participating in the memorial activities.
The committee revealed that it will take advantage of the postponement period to prepare the events well and improve the paragraphs so that the day comes out in an honorable way befitting the comorate of the late resident. The committee will soon announce all events and activities related to the comorate.
