A new retreat for the militia in the face of the SAF’s advance in Omdurman

Military sources reported that SAF vehicles arrived yesterday, Thursday, at tWad al-Bashir Bridge in Omdurman, where they established their outposts there, nearly a year after the Rapid Support Forces RSF took control of the area.
According to “Darfur 24” sources, arrived at Wad Al-Bashir” Bridge, south of the popular market, Omdurman, and also took control of Madani Street and some lanes of the “Umm Badda” area along the Industries Street.
According to follow-ups, the Rapid Support Forces RSF continued their withdrawal in succession from several locations in “Umbada” to the neighborhoods. They also withdrew from the vicinity of the “Mohandiseen” area towards Al-Salha and Al-Fatihab in the south.
Over the last weeks, the city of Omdurman has witnessed an accelerating retreat of the Rapid Support Forces RSF from their positions of control in the neighborhoods of Omdurman locality, most notably “Aburov, Bayt al-Mal, Wadnobawi, and Al-Muzalimeen,” in the face of the advance of the army, that extended its control over these areas.
