The league, as it tied with Al-Hazm, and lost to Al-Raed, in addition to bidding farewell to the AFC Champions League in the quarter-finals at the hands of Al-Ain.
Al-Nasr conceded 11 goals in the last 4 matches in all tournaments, which indicates a defensive crisis for the Saudi team.
According to Al-Riyadiah newspaper, in the training session that took place on Thursday, Castro tried to address the problem of receiving one-on-one opponents.
The newspaper added that during the video technical lecture, Castro asked the players to narrow the space between the defense and midfield lines.
The Portuguese coach also warned the defenders to move forward, stay close to their teammates in the middle, and avoid exaggerating their retreat when the team loses the ball.
Luis Castro spoke about his observation that the team was subjected to a large number of dangerous and isolated attacks during the recent matches.
