The Operations Authority of the Security and Intelligence Service carried out an arrest campaign that included those who provided information about the locations of the homes of officers and citizens, the locations of cars and valuables, and facilitated the way for looting, robbery, rape, and the arrest of officers and military personnel who were treacherously assassinated by militia bullets inside their homes.
