Exporting more than 179 thousand tons of crops

The Crop Markets Administration in El Obeid, North Kordofan, revealed that more than 179,000 tons of various crops were exported during the period from January to mid-March this year.
The report prepared by the White Crop Markets Department indicated that the crops that were exported included peeled beans, hibiscus, sesame, fedders, hashab gum and acacia, and the report indicated that there are increasing demands for export crops, especially fedders.
The Executive Director of the Crop Markets Department, Hassan Bab al-Rahma, expected that the coming period would witness an increase in the movement of exported crops. He explained that there are strict controls on exports by the anti-smuggling team in the Markets Department to prevent smuggling.
