The American expert on Sudanese affairs, Cameron Hudson, said in his tweet yesterday that the “proposal” to advance to end the war, which not only allows the survival/return of the Rapid Support Forces RSF politically.
But at best returns to the status quo before the war, which in itself was unsustainable. . I hope that this leaked document reveals the truth about Hamdok the fraudster.
