Manchester United issued an official statement on its website regarding the condition of its English defender, Harry Maguire.
In a statement, Man United confirmed Maguire’s return to the club after being excluded from the England national team camp due to injury.
The 31-year-old was forced to leave the field of the Three Lions’ match against Brazil, yesterday, Saturday, after 67 minutes, as he suffered an injury that prevented him from continuing.
“Maguire will return to the team’s training facilities, to have his injury diagnosed by the Red Devils’ medical staff.” United explained.
“It has not yet been determined whether Maguire will be able to participate with United in the next match against Brentford next Saturday in the English Premier League.” He added.
The club indicated the necessity of waiting until coach Erik ten Hag announced the player’s position on participating in the next match, during the press conference that preceded it.
