The Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sudan, economist Dr. Abdel-Azim Al-Mahal, reduced the possibility of Sudan obtaining foreign grants and loans at the present time.

He added in his speech to (Al-Ahdath) thqt it is very difficult to obtain loans, and he attributed this to the fact that the financing conditions will be bad due to the continuation of the militia war. However, he confirmed the possibility of Sudan obtaining financing and soft loans after the end of the war, except that the deadlines stipulated reliance on financing on The bot system method.

Al-Mahal stressed the necessity of preparing for reconstruction from now on, preparing plans, programs, policies and studies, counting war losses in numbers and in Arabic and English, and signing peace with countries that can attract support for reconstruction and contribute to that.
