Pledges to solve all problems of state employees

Sudan Events – follow-ups

The Minister of Labor and Federal Administrative Reform sent a message on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr to civil service employees in Sudan, and confirmed that the Ministry of Labor is following up on the issues of its employees, including conditions of service, vacations, and pension issues. He pledged to overcome the difficulties, solve all the problems of the employees, and advance the Ministry to its desired goals and objectives.
He called for the country to avoid strife and adversity, and for God to bless it with security, safety and stability, and for the army to give a clear victory over the Rapid Support Militia, after describing them as “bastards” and those who stand with them and assist them.
He acknowledged that there are male and female colleagues who still have problems with their salaries, their leave, their conditions of service, and various other situations, revealing that they are seeking to solve them, indicating that they were correct in some of them and others are still pending, and he pledged to strive to solve them, “We will not despair and continue to follow, and this is not intentional, but rather due to the absence of information.” He continued.
He confirmed their feeling of injustice in terms of the fact that there are cases of retired male and female colleagues whose file procedures in their units have not been completed, “But what are we to do in the absence of their information as well? We apologize for that, but, God willing, the difficulties will be overcome, all problems will be solved, and we will advance our ministries to their desired goals and objectives.” He added.
