Kasha: Sudan lacks smart investment partnerships
Sudan Events – Nahed
Former Trade Minister Abdul Hamid Musa Kasha stressed the need to give priority to the country’s best interest during the coming period. He called for the importance of trade exchange between countries, provided that it takes place in accordance with the exchange of common interests and openness with all countries of the world and away from axes and inferiority complexes.
In his interview with Al-Ahdath, he said that trade means exchanging common interests in the economy, and this without a doubt reflects positively on strengthening political relations between countries.
He added that Sudan is a major gateway for the countries of the South to open up to Africa, as it possesses resources both underground and external, but it lacks smart partnerships for investment and foreign capital to develop it with modern technology and use technology to raise production and productivity.
“This is what Sudan is missing due to political instability and conflicts.” He added. “We must address the ongoing international and regional race within the framework of the axes to destroy peoples in developing countries, humiliate them, and subjugate them to their return to colonialism under the old and renewed world order.” Kasha said.
