Two European Officials: External Sponsors are the Ones fueling Sudan’s fighting

High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell and Slovenian diplomat Janez Lonarcic have said that the most dangerous, complex and cruel crisis in the world is happening in Sudan without appearing on TV news.
Borrell and Janez confirmed in a joint article according to the French newspaper “La Croix” that external sponsors who bring money and weapons are the ones fueling the fighting.
They called for a ceasefire, unhindered access to aid, and Sudan’s return to the path of democratic transformation.
