From Bedouin to President…a Reading of Kaka’s Biography (3)

By: Adil El-Baz

As I see
In the previous two episodes, I discussed the position of Chadian President Mohamed Kaka on corruption issues in his country, then his position towards his father and the old guard who was in power in Chad for nearly thirty years.
In this episode, and perhaps the next, we will discuss the point of view and position of Kaka or those who wrote the book for him from Sudan (it is rumored that Foreign Minister Mohammed Saleh Al-Nadeef wrote the book, and God knows best). The position in general is characterized by stupidity, and the writer has amassed a series of lies and misleading information in order to justify the aggressive, motivated, price paid position of Chadian President towards Mohamed Kaka.
In the book, President Kaka denied all of his positions, if not his crimes against Sudan. He devoted a lot of space to that, and the instances of denial and fleeing forward amounted to more than ten points, which we will discuss in detail here.
2
At first, the Chadian president denied that his regime was siding with the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) when he stated that Chad’s consistent position on the Sudanese crisis is neutrality and that it is a line that he intends to maintain without fail.
You see how the Chadian President claims neutrality while his country’s airports are open to recruit Janjaweed and mercenaries from all countries of the continent and push them to Sudan, and how he denies it and the world witnesses, hears and reads about its open lands for transporting weapons and equipment to the rebels.!!
All African and international reports, the latest of which is the report of the international committee of experts that visited Chad and submitted a detailed report to the United Nations in which it proved that Chad is involved in supporting the rebels by opening its territory for the passage of food and weapons to the rebels. Chad opened its airports to support the RS, especially Umm (Jares) Airport, (Abéché) Airport, and (N’Djamena) Airport. This happens openly despite UN resolutions banning weapons.
All the international press issued detailed reports about Chadian support for the Janjaweed.. Are all these regional organizations lying and fabricating reports, and the only one telling the truth is Kaka.!! Does Kaka believe himself when he is in this open state of denial?

Everyone knows that Mr. Youssuf Boye the director of the office of President Mohamed Idriss Deby, has a strong influence linked to a number of army leaders and tribal figures in government circles and among the tribes. He is the one who handles the RSF support file and works openly with the Emirates, and this is what the Chadian websites themselves are full of. It is no secret that the RSF leaders take N’Djamena as their main center for movement and all the Janjaweed leaders depart from its territory. The Chadian leadership had previously coordinated meetings of the armed movements in N’Djamena to ally with the rebels, and all the leaders of those movements met with Abdul Rahim Dagalo there and were able, by putting pressure on the armed movements, to cause splits in the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) and the Minawi Movement.
Chad facilitated the joining of Chadian opposition members and leaders into the RSF with the aim of getting rid of them because it knows their danger, but wants to get rid of them, with guarantees from Hemedti that he will get rid of the opposition members when he wins the war in Sudan.
It is no secret to followers and observers the huge investments established by RSF companies in the fields of oil and gold and the companies that were established to work in the Doba oil field.
Kaka did not fail to improve the image of the Janjaweed in the media, as his country continued to invite and host media delegations to cover up the crimes of the Janjaweed and write stories about the humanitarian support and services that Chad provides to Sudanese refugees!!
Kaka and those who plan and support him believe that with such small games he can deceive the Sudanese, the international community and the international press, and that he will also deceive his Zaghawa clan who support his regime and who are now being exterminated on the outskirts of the villages of El Fasher and displaced by the thousands. The Sudanese leadership has all the information about his support for the Janjaweed, his movements and alliances, the money he receives from the Emiratis, and the RSF he and his corrupt secretary, Youssuf Boye, but the day of settling accounts has not yet come, and it must be coming sooner than Kaka and the Janjaweed think.
To be continued.
