Agreement between Ministries Regarding Agricultural Fuel

The Minister of Energy and Oil, Dr. Mohieddin Naeem Mohammad Saeed, has said that his ministry is working to provide fuel for agriculture in safe states to preserve the agricultural area and ensure food security for the Sudanese people. This came when he met with the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra in his office (Monday) in Port Sudan. The meeting discussed the importance of providing fuel for the next summer agricultural season in the various states.
For his part, the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry affirmed his reassurance about the abundance of petroleum materials and the possibility of transferring them to the various states. He said regarding financing agricultural fuel to the states, we agreed with the Ministry of Energy and Oil to coordinate with the agricultural states to nominate some banks to finance agricultural fuel.
