Abdel Fattah al-Burhan rejects American intervention in Sudan’s relationship with Russia. According to “Sudan Facts,” US Secretary of State Antony Blinken requested that al-Burhan refrain from reaching an agreement with Russia. Al-Burhan confirmed to him that Sudan’s affairs and sovereignty are its own and they will not allow any external party to intervene.
