Sevilla appoints García Pimienta as coach

The Spanish club Seville announced the appointment of coach Francisco Javier García Pimienta as the team’s new technical director for two seasons until 2026. Pimienta trained at FC Barcelona as a player and as a coach in various age groups, and in the 2017/18 season he won the UEFA Youth Champions League title with Barcelona U-17 and then jumped to reserve team, and separated after 28 years from Barcelona.
