The Arab Conference in Beirut: Western Powers and Zionism Aim to Extend Their Dominion Over Sudan
Al-Ahdath – Reports
The final statement of the 33rd session of the Arab National Conference, held in Beirut, confirmed that the war in Sudan directly targets Arab national security. It emphasized that the main objective of this war is for Western powers and global Zionism to extend their dominion over Sudan and re-engineer its social conditions through the displacement of its citizens and the settlement of people with no connection to Sudan. The statement added, “If this objective fails, the alternative goal is to divide and fragment Sudan, thus controlling it piece by piece.”
The final statement held Western countries and the implicated Arab and African regimes legally and politically responsible, urging international and regional organizations to hold these countries accountable, stop their support for the war, and compensate for the damages through a reconstruction process.
The conference called for an end to foreign intervention and urged Arab countries to swiftly contribute to saving Sudan and ending the war.
