Al-Burhan Forms a Committee for International Lawsuits against Militia and Countries supporting the Rebellion

President of the Sovereignty Council TSC , Lt. Gen.Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, issued a decision to form a committee headed by the Minister of Justice to handle international lawsuits against the rebel RSF Militia, its leaders and the supporting countries before the competent authorities, including regional and international courts and organizations.
According to the decision, the committee’s membership includes Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice as a member and alternate chairperson , Assistant Attorney General of the Republic of Sudan, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Defense, the Director-General of the Police Forces, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Head of the Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Justice, the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid, a representative of the General Intelligence Service, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Head of the Civil Affairs and Opinion Department at the Ministry of Justice as rapporteur.
