He said while addressing the artillery corps officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the artillery in the presence and participation of Maj. Mohamed Al-Amin and all its officers and soldiers. Kabashi announced the approach of the resounding victory, and said, “We know and feel the suffering of the Sudanese people during the war period, but we give them good news that victory is near,” affirming that the SAF are not fighting the so-called Rapid Support Forces RSF but are fighting countries that covet the country’s resources and call for a homeland, adding what Sudan was exposed to.
It is a foreign invasion in which many countries and agents inside and outside participate, and he added that the RSF militia support is a tool that has no access to the outside plan that aims to divide the country and eliminate the armed forces as a safety valve, and he stressed that the current battle is a battle of survival and a battle of the homeland, praising the Sudanese people’s uprising and their support for the armed forces and their rush to engage in the armed popular resistance and they painted a picture that confused the whole world and the result was a practical response to this plan and malicious conspiracy.
Kabashi appreciated the participation of all regular forces in addition to the mobilized in the battle of dignity, everyone painted a picture that enhanced its national value and love of the homeland, and he called on everyone to increase their supplication to Allah Almighty, particularly in such days for victory and preservation for our country.
Kabashi, the governor and members of the state’s security committee performed Eid al-Adha prayers at the ( police residence (Gashlaq) ) Mosque in Atbara.
Kabashi had visited the wounded from operations at the military hospital in Atbara and monitored the progress of work at the new military hospital in Atbara.
Maj.Gen.Mohamed El Amin Hassan Abdel Wahab Khairi, Commander of the Artillery Corps, welcomed Lt.Gen. Shams El Din Kabashi, describing it as important at this time when our armed forces and those who support them are confronting the rebel militias, mercenaries and their supporters, stressing that the visit represents a driving force for the state and the artillery, and he said that the artillery will remain committed to protecting the homeland, land and honour.
